Holy smokes, Petra. Do you take painting classes? This one is unreal. I promised to myself not to use the devalued words "moody" and "atmosphere" to describe a photograph, so I won't.

If you ever get around to running a web-based Master-class on how you achieved this astonishing image, then I would like to attend.
It is like an artist's impression of scenes from several fantasy stories I have read over the years.

Yes, an impressionistic painting-photo- with a flirring springtime-feeling! Heel mooi!
Youv'e been jiggling that camera around again havent you? Multiple exposure? Either way stunning result.

I think I can now unravel the mystery for myself - how you do it. Now I must try and find an opportunity to apply it an see if I can get similar results.

Excellent and it does have a surrealist painting feeling about it. But knowing that it is not a painting is what I find so exciting.

Ach, m'n ziel is louter klanken
In dit uur van louter kleuren;
Klanken, die omhoge ranken
In een dolle tuin van geuren.

It's a truly beautiful picture Petra, I like the gorgeous friendly green colours and the light in the distance - at the end of the tunnel. The affect you've used is rather wonderful too. You're so clever. smile

You have achieved a superb effect here, Petra. I wish I'd taken this one!! smilesmile
Probably your best work we have seen grin
Petra: Thank you very much for your very kind words!!!
Much apreciated ...
Petra
The scene itself is one of those you could just walk into. The treatment you have given it lifts it out of the ordinary.

This is one that I can see printed large, framed sympathetically and adorning the walls of a decent gallery.

Just one thing to criticise? No - not a thing.
