enigmatic, moody, atmospheric and simply an amazing photo! mal
Petra: Thank you very much Mal, but i have to say that all the credits have to go to the person on the stairs....found him in the streets of edinburgh....homeless and drunk wink

Astonishing capture of light here, Petra...all my attention is on the glowing steps, and the hand-rail that has been polished by a million tentative hands.

[Your "extra" cannot be too drunk, else one would see shiny white knuckles as he grasps the handrail with two desperate hands!]
Petra: lol I was just kidding a bit Ray. He was not drunk at all...maybe cold from posing for me so needed a drink! smile

beautiful low light shot...has an air of mystery which is what makes it so enticing along with the soft yellow light...
Petra: Normally i would go for B&W straight away, but because of these yellow tones i kept it in colour!

Interesting shot, but thiknig it would look better in black and white with a cyan tone to enhance the atmosphere you're trying to create.
Petra: Because of the yellows i kept it in colour...i will try a B&W to though...
Fantastic, Petra. I see certain inspiration of Mal, here! Really nice!
Petra: His style is a inspiration indeed Jose-angel! But dont tell
Great lighting and composition Petra. Also being alone at night there photo gives the person a sense of vulnerablilty.
Petra: Thank you very much for your very kind words Brian!
