Petra: Thank you very much Ginnie, glad you like it! smile
I really like the long shadow of the eye lashes

You are able to give the dummy a kind of human feeling and pensiveness- I assume you have chosen the name Penelope deliberastely- and 'she' is remembering her lost husband, almost without any hope to meet him again! 'She' looks rather calm, keeping herself under control, the tears are going inwards! In any case it is totally insignificant if or which kind of cloth this mannequin is now wearing!

you so often see these little stories in everyday situations. I often feel that you are on a mission to set these figures free from their prison and let them breathe even if it is only for a few short moments, to live as we do. mal
how can a dummy look so good, well all you have to do is let Petra photograph itgrin superb image.
nice drama captured. like philine i like the human feeling you've given the dummy.
you edited the eye right?

Did't hear Penelope that a man has landed with his ship?- perhaps, perhaps HE could have arrived- oh, she is still full of hope that her husband Odysseus will come back again and she is such a very faithful, loyal woman- I may imagine that we now could have a change of scene?
